Sat on hold for over 20 minutes, just rang and rang then hold music, repeat.Then finally hung up on. I was trying to figure out why my épi pen hadn’t been filled after going into anaphylactic shock. Definitely don’t recommend.

Avoid this Walgreens. Flu/Covid test was supposed to be free for Veterans. After getting their, taking the tests, they just can't seem to honor that for some unknown reason.

Absolutely the worst Walgreens!! I was on hold for 15 minutes just to have it go from hold music to ringing until it finally hung up on me. Definitely not the first time I have had terrible experience with this location. Do your self a favor and NEVER use this location!!!

Received notification that there was an issue with a prescription. I have been going to this location for years. When I called to resolve they were very rude and argued that my own birth date was wrong. I am taking my prescription and business elsewhere.

Bathroom is closed, you have to wait for someone to assist you. Wait ten minutes. When you go in, it's dirty and there's not a place to dispose of certain feminine products. I guess you're supposed to hold onto them. Also no hand dryer or paper towels.

Customer Service Training is needed at this Pharmacy. I have been in the field of Pharmacy for over 20 years including working in retail and have never encountered as rude a Staff that Jason employs here. The way they answer calls and speak with people who aren't there in person is Unacceptable and alarmingly rude. There is also a very noticeable way they treat black customers when they arrive. Regardless of the fact that there may be black employees also that is of bo significance to how a non coworker is treated. I'll be sure to keep records of encounters going forward. Count your days Grasso Plaza!

DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS—EVEN ONCE. I normally go to a local pharmacy, Lindenwood Drug, however I live so close to this one I decided to have antibiotics sent there for an ear/sinus infection. The worker claimed my insurance did not cover 2 of the medications, one of which I have picked up this year with my current insurance. I also heard the staff talking about “not knowing how to enter the quantity of ear drops.” It seems to me they couldn’t fill it because of operator error. I told them to cancel my scripts and I’d have them sent elsewhere. I’ve had terrible experiences with Walgreens in the past, but I thought using the pharmacy right by my house would make my life easier just this once. It did NOT. if you’re in the same boat as me — it’s better to drive to another pharmacy further away than use this one! You might not even get your meds!

Can’t get anybody on the phone in less than 20 minutes. When someone finally comes to the phone they are rude and act like you’re bothering them.
