“Love this little post office...BUT can you please tell the people who deliver the mail to STOP cramming packages in the mail boxes...they already broke my door off. Today they crammed a box in it that we could hardly pull out. If it doesn't slide in with ease, just take it to the porch please!”

“I've had problems multiple times of my postal carrier not shutting my mailbox and leaving my mail exposed to theft and the weather conditions such as rain. I've called multiple times, left notes in my mailbox for the carrier, filed complaints, and nothing has never been addressed. The carrier left me a note once saying my mailbox needed repaired. There's nothing wrong with my mailbox as it's like new. The carrier just won't close my lid till it snaps closed. She won't deliver my mail also if there's someone parked in front of my mailbox either. I have to wait till the next day to get my mail. It's so frustrating, but what else can you do when dealing with the post office.”
