“First I would like to say I was upset when I entered this store. Not at the employee but google maps for taking me to the wrong place, but I am here so now I am invested. Reggie was working and so nice and helpful and was able to get me what I needed. He was personable not transactional and smiled. Before I left, I done forgot why I was upset and he had me laughing. I appreciate you Reggie, there needs to be more people in customer service like you. They are lucky to have you.”

“I've had problems multiple times of my postal carrier not shutting my mailbox and leaving my mail exposed to theft and the weather conditions such as rain. I've called multiple times, left notes in my mailbox for the carrier, filed complaints, and nothing has never been addressed. The carrier left me a note once saying my mailbox needed repaired. There's nothing wrong with my mailbox as it's like new. The carrier just won't close my lid till it snaps closed. She won't deliver my mail also if there's someone parked in front of my mailbox either. I have to wait till the next day to get my mail. It's so frustrating, but what else can you do when dealing with the post office.”

“Matt went far beyond what we expected. We took 2 smaller packages in first to be shipped. When we told him we had 2 other large packages in our van, he immediately asked if we needed some help. Since my wife and I are elderly (I’m 81), we really appreciated the assistance. Matt didn’t hesitate at all to help. He’s an outstanding employee at the UPS store that we use frequently.”
