I have been banking at southern bank when it was Bank of Thayer, 1995. Teller turnover is my number 1 complaint. When i walk in the bank, i expect a friendly hello, but the orher day I went in and the teller was not only rude, but unfriendly. She was new so I told her the last four digits of my account number. She told me she could only look it up by the last digits of my SSN. So I told her then dhe still couldn't find my account do i told her the number again. She repeated she cant get the account from that. It was my account number. Then she told me my name wasn't on any accounts. I left and went to the other branch. I walked in and received a friendly greeting and excellent customer service. Something needs to be done at the other branch. Not sure why there is so much teller turnover and the atmosphere unfriendly. Wes and Skylar are great and friendly but others not so much.
