“Staff seems pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. Staff also tries to gather what all the customer has in mind by asking questions and answering questions in order to determine the best product(s) to suggest/offer specific customers (not everybody is the same!) Prices range but honestly aren't too different than local competitors. Prices aren't listed on their website, though (which is understandable due to inventory and the range of customer preferences/combinations). But I could see how that would potentially drive away business from certain customers. Overall, they have great inventory and staff seem to be knowledgeable. They honestly do not seem to be the type to unnecessarily upsell just to pull in some extra money, so in my opinion, that makes them seem just a little bit more trustworthy. I hope this helps people with their decision making!”

“What do we recommend about Auto Zone on N. Belt in St. Joe? Their above & beyond customer service! We went in to get a brake light & advice about how to change it. We left with 2 brake lights, a tail light, four new hubcaps, and a new favorite auto parts store! "Russ" & his coworker took the time to install the lights , show us how to install the hubcaps & then coach us as we each put one on ourselves. These guys are great, & bc of their excellent care we will be back!”

“Was in town for a wedding when my Service light came in. I stopped in and this dealership was outstanding. The took care of the light. Explained why it was on (tire rotation) and also added air to my tires. All of this for a customer visiting from Texas. I am sure they would be even more accommodating for someone local. “I read the bad review and it gave me some pause, but after being referred I stopped by on a Monday and had a bid within 10 minutes. I called the next day and they were able to get me in to take care of the dings on my BMW. Joe was very professional, honest, and the price was extremely fair! He got it looking like new and I highly recommend their service.
