I (myself and my family) have used this place for years and for the most part have been satisfied...
However, here lately the quality has seemed to fade..
I get tires rotated and you have to ask them to check the air pressure..
My tires were 5-10 lbs less this time after the rotation..
I've had to replace lugbolts they've stripped from using the wrong size sockets..
This time they put the wrong valve stem caps and they were crosstheaded and seized on..
I've decided to never do business again...it just seems like the quality has just been tossed out the window..
Also, never a smile or a nice thing to say about anything..
I don't understand ingratitude to the public that have financed their way for years..
I'm done with B&M..

Tire went flat while passing through. Called a few other tire shops to see if they had my tire in stock and they all directed me to B&M. I cant say I was there more than 10 minutes after the tow truck dropped off my car. Fastest tire change in the Midwest, hands down. Price was unbeatable and service unmatched.
