Took my truck in to get my E-brake cable replaced. Staff was very nice, and understood my needs. They were professional and efficient. My truck was fixed and ready to be picked up within 2 hours of dropping it off. Highly recommend this business.

Apparently they have changed their business hours and never bothered to update their website. Had a blowout on the interstate and had my truck towed at 8am on a Saturday, no one is here, sign says they’re open. Poor business practice

I was disappointed with this shop’s lack of communication, but overall very pleased with the work done. I was told to expect calls and updates that never happened. Was told my wheel work would be done by the next afternoon and when I Showed up they hadn’t started working on it but never considered to call me and let me know. I would call them myself to get information and the office woman was very unfriendly and VERY forgetful and not at all apologetic about it. She would say she was going to call me right back with information and did not, several times. This woman is experiencing age related memory issues, do not take her word that something will be done and always always follow up with them yourself- they will not communicate with you. The owner of the Shop is a good fair man and very friendly. If you can, speak with him when talking business

Shawn was polite and professional. He dropped what he was doing to take care of me. I really appreciated that. He was very cordial and knowledgeable about his profession. I have tried many shops in the area and his is now the only one I’ll use. Cool guy and an awesome Military brother.
