Hillside Cabin Rentals offers a nice getaway with comfortable and clean cabins that are beautiful and very nice to stay in. The cabins are cozy and pretty nice inside, mostly well maintained, and provide amenities for cooking and laundry. The property features a grill area, a fire pit, and plenty of open space to enjoy. It is a close place to stay for accessing local rivers, the Black River for kayaking, and Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park. The grounds are kept up well, though some cabins may show wear and need minor maintenance. The owners are quite friendly. It is a good spot for a weekend trip, providing just enough room to relax after exploring the area.

Overall it was a nice getaway for me and my wife. Not as secluded as I would have preferred, but no one else was there so not a big issue. The skillet needs replaced and the couch is showing quite a bit of ware. Broken down in the middle section. Otherwise it was cozy and pretty nice inside.

Nice place, suited our needs. Quiet and enjoyed the firepit. Stayed in cabin #2 super cute.
