Lost my package and didn't bother to notify us of it when calling the facility all you get is a call hub and all they can tell you is oh I'm sorry we lost your package notify whomever you got it from and either get a refund or have them reissue not happy

Use to have Problems but Now they have been much better..seems they have a new driver..I will give Credit due when it is earned...delivery of packages don't seem to be as dirty or damaged, which I GREATLY APPRECIATE:))

I have used UPS for years And have never had a problem with delivery. I know people sometimes have a bad experience with carriers at times but these people are good people and I appreciate them.

The driver leaves the packages at the road, You can not get a hold of any body in the office to resolve any issues, VERY POOR service !!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were only open 5-6:00 pm & didn't have the capability to print a label to send a package. We drove aprox 30 miles out of our way & nothing was resolved. We are not using UPS ever again. The nearest full service location is 1 & 1/2 hrs away. They will drop off a package at your home but not pick one up. The entire corporation is not customer friendly in my opinion.

My package has been there for 7 days and nobody will pick it up and bring it to me. I paid $111.00 to have my package delivered to me next day mail. This was on the 8th of April. UPS refuses to acknowledge my parcel even though i have parcel and tracking number. This is not the first time I've dealt with this problem in Missouri. It's seeming as if Missouri is an i don't care about doing my job kind of place. Either way, the UPS in Appleton is the worst ever so i suggest you never go there or use their lack of service. Your package has a better chance arriving by carrier pigeon.

Driver continues to run off b4 I am able to stop them. Todays delivery had a VERY damaged box. Contents had a busted plastic piece and screws were loose in the box. Very poor service.

This particular UPS branch can never figure out the right address. This is the 2nd time that they delivered to a different address or sent the items back to the sender and I had to contact them to rectify. Wonder why or what is so hard to find a registered address?

Ups is always late delivering my packages. I always choose another carrier if possible. Last couple items have been "delayed." This depot is not the issue but the company as a whole is.

2 shipments in less than 3 weeks not delivered....lady down the roads things delivered to my addresss 3 times in month....now making my items late late late thanks a lot

These other reviews are just people complaining about issues they cause with how their homes are set up or dogs they shouldn't own. Never had an issue with UPS leaving package at the house. Just complainers here who have never done the job and don't understand time constraints.

I'm very disappointed in UPS. Thanks to the driver who just leaves my packages on my back steps so the wind can blow them away and my dogs chew them up. $200 worth of Christmas presents ruined. I'm not sure who is delivering the past two weeks, but I would like the blonde girl back who actually knocks on the door, or puts the packages on the covered porch, 10 feet away from where this driver is leaving them.
