“We have purchased our second half side of beef, from Red Tail just today...best beef we have EVER tasted!! Perfect marbling in the steaks...the hamburger makes the perfect burgers on the grill...the roasts always come out fork tender!! It always helps when you have knowledgeable, friendly folks to help you along with the process...Jim and Amy are the best!!!My family 100% recommend Red Tail Ranch!!”

“Only have made order by phone great customer service even greater products. Arrived in what I would consider a freezer. Which helps justify the rather stiff shipping cost. CSR (Breanna) I think that was her name.. is a real jewel ?”
