I believe the gentleman‘s name was Chad, but I could be wrong. I had a 2017 Ford focus and I had him check it out because the clutch be stuck on my daughter’s car. He was extremely professional, nice not only to me but to my husband, and even though they couldn’t fix the vehicle because we have to send it to Ford, I will tell you the gentleman, professionalism, understanding of my situation And his helpfulness went extremely far in my view of what a mechanic should be. If we have any other problems with our vehicles, I would definitely call them to fix any other problem in our vehicles.

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO Transmissions To Go. Made promises they can't keep unless I called them constantly. The 3rd gear in my truck was going out. Was told ide get a rebuild. Pretty sure they just replaced the 3rd gear with cheap parts because 6 months later, the 3rd gear went bad again. Took it back and was promised it would be a priority because it was warranty and still took them over a month to get it in the bay and start working on it. Again, a few months later I got a transmission code. I checked a few things and found they never topped off the transmission fluid. I had to add 7 quarts of fluid. Took it back because it wouldn't shift right. They just replaced a faulty sensor and said it was fine. I ended up selling the truck because I could not trust the work they did. The only way I would go back to them is if my transmission was in pieces (knowing I would get a full rebuild) and I would definitely check fluid level, which I shouldn't have to do for the price I had to pay.

Jake is the main person who helped me but I also know the guys in the shop were hustling like crazy to get my Jeep done and a few others too bc a snow storm was rapidly approaching. I picked it up in the snow and it ran absolutely perfectly! What can I say, these guys stayed for me, on a Friday, and for a bunch of other people. Were they doing their job? Yes, 110% plus they went the extra mile too! Bravo!!!! ~Bobby Shanks

Firstly, they are very expensive, and they have different masters and most of them don't know what theyare doing, because I gave my car to check, and then they told I have problem with transmission Troy, they told me to fix it, and I paid $300. but on the next day I picked up my car and I have the same problem, but they charged me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AT ALL.
