We tried to make a third purchase and were told that we would have to wait a week for them to have it in store and another week for delivery. Then when they didn’t show up we had to call them and we’re told that since the delivery guys took to long at an earlier delivery and asked to leave that person’s property that we wouldn’t be getting are couch delivered and would have to wait another week. When we got upset by that we were told that they weren’t going to deliver are couch at all and hung up on us!

Unfortunately my local store closed so I had to start dealing with this one. It's even hard to make a payment with them. Always something, can you call back I'm the only one here meanwhile I've been calling for 20 minutes to try to get them to even answer the phone. Try rent a center you'll be happier.

At first I was ok with the company. Why are we stopping by people's homes unannounced unless it's to pick up furniture?? That's just rude. Leave the note and wait for the customer to call. Aaron's please change this policy. For the record my note wasn't even late.

They are rude. Unprofessional accuse you of not making payments even when you have your receipts. They constantly harass you via phone!! This is by far the worst Aaron's ever!!

I was curious about getting a couch and was hesitant to consider this location because of the reviews but I took a chance anyway. I talk to a lady named Alex and she was very informative and answered all my questions. I will be following up with her soon. So far so good.

Similar issues and much more over drafted my account not only that broken merchandise their drivers cut my box spring and mattress I’m getting charged for stuff I don’t have I’ve talked with Amanda nothing got done about it and I also get talked down to my money is auto withdrawal and they charged me late fees why is that I am also giving stuff back tired of dealing with it still no response on my broken stuff I was forgotten about as usual but if I forget to pay boy that’s a problem

Highly suggest not coming here, unless you enjoy being talked down to. Never in my life have I had a customer service experience so horrible. Manager Chasitie was completely uncalled for. Called me from an unknown number going off on me about my account. Upon calling the number back the number says it is a text now subscriber. I called the store thinking maybe it was a scammer, but sure enough Chasitie does work there. Will be returning my furniture and going through America First Finance for something else. In the meantime, I will be consulting with an attorney as the call was being recorded.

Do not recommend this locations. Chasity “accounts manager” likes to call be rude and use vulgar language. When you ask her why she is being rude she said you are being rude. I hung up on her and she calls me back on her cell phone to curse me out more and threaten me. I asked to speak to district manager and told “district manager” don’t talk to people like me. Not to mention she asked me if I was just dumb or special needs.
