I use the online service almost exclusively. I've used this credit union for 23 years. Since becoming Together CU, it seems like the service has gone down hill. They do not answer their phones at the Arnold branch for some reason. I do not understand that. The friendliness at the Arnold branch is lacking, but I never have problems getting my money when needed. Their online platform is pretty convenient. I very rarely have to interact with the credit union itself because I can electronically deposit checks with their app. As long as you don't need a lot of things, they are a decent credit union. We are going to look for one that offers better service, though. This is not what we want in our financial institution. It's very unfortunate because we used to really like them.

I scheduled an appointment via their website to start the process for a home equity loan. The website prompted me to pick the location, type of loan and time I preferred. It also instructed me which documents to bring. I took off two hours of work and my husband and I went into the Jeffco location. We told them upon arrival we had an appointment and a girl proceeded to greet us by “ I don’t know what good I’m going to do but you can come over to my desk.” Confused, we asked we’re here for a home equity loan. She informed us that there was nobody at that location they could help with the home-equity loan. Wait, what ?!? We informed her we have an actual appointment and confirmation and she said well there’s no one here. She informed us we can make an appointment at a different location for a different day. No, that’s not how this works. If your website offers to schedule an appointment for a specific service if no one is available it should not let you book the appointment. We also asked if there was someone there that could help us with IRAs and again told us no and gave us a card of a man we could call to help us. What a waste of time! We have many IRAs and our home loan with them. Poor customer service and no apologies. Shame on them!

Originally had a ARM 7/1 with them and wanted to refinance to take advantage of better rates. 45 days later and having me chase my tail I was denied. Well. Rocket mortgage had my loan completed and we closed in 14 days. Together credit union is a complete joke.

I don't really understand why there are such bad reviews with this branch. I refinanced two loans with them and it was a fast and easy process. Sounds like customer service is an issue with this branch, but I have been dealing with Melissa and she's great! I encourage everyone to speak with Melissa for their needs. She is a rockstar and I will recommend everyone to her!

The customer service is terrible. The employees are rude. They have no concern for any one's time. The Arnold branch is among the worst. They will not answer the phone or respond in a timely manner. Do not expect a smile or a friendly resolution. I am not one to get upset quickly and these ladies had me shaking with anger. What a waste of my life. I canceled my account. My husband will cancelling his this evening. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY

As others have said, you just can't get anyone to answer their phone at this branch. Called at 10:15 and selected the option to speak to a manager. No answer, went to voicemail. Called back, selected the option to speak to someone about opening a new account. No answer. Frustrating. Based on the prior reviews complaining about the same issue, there seems to be a consistent problem that the branch manager hasn't addressed. With today's technology it's absolutely unacceptable to call a business, much less a bank where you voluntarily deposit your money, and not have someone answer the phone. Get rid of the automated IVR and the dead-end selections, route all incoming calls to a queue of all of your employees, and let the employee who is available and not serving a customer answer the call and transfer it to the correct employee if necessary.

They never answer the phone. I call the Fenton location..they are the only one that answers. Also, not a fan of the new name. Will always be ABECU to me.

the worst thing about this credit union is there is absolutely no privacy. i mean absolutely no privacy. everyone in the building can hear your financial business. it's like going to a barber shop or the dentist. And slow ... like molasses.

This particular Branch of the American Eagle Credit Union doesn't have very good reviews but, to my knowledge, I haven't met anyone who actually dislikes this branch. I have NEVER had a problem here in the one year that I have used this branch. I have been treated with respect and they have NEVER failed in any action or intent to complete my banking needs. I give them 5 stars because they have always treated me as a valued customer!
