Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good prices.I went in with a picture of a broken dishwasher part and the appliance model number.10 minutes and under $50 later, I had the part for a quick fix and a web address for step by step video instructions.Thank you to this business for saving us time and money.Highly recommend you give them a visit if your appliance needs a part before you try calling a repair person!

Needed a part for my dryer and nowhere local to me had anything in stock. Called as soon as they opened and they had the exact part I needed. Even offered to hold it until I could make it there to pick it up. Very friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back when I need another part.

I've been here more times than I can count for various parts (dryer, washer, ect). They are always consistently helpful, and get you what you need to fix your appliance. Great place with awesome service.

If your looking for appliance parts this is the place to go, if it’s not in stock they will get it to you fast (next day). Price was great, cheaper than on line and buying local is the way to go. Thanks

The customer service was amazing and Trish gave me ideas to check on my washing machine prior to spending money on parts. The ideas she gave me were helpful but I still needed to purchase a couple parts which was the backup idea. Both Trish and the owner new exactly which parts I needed and all parts were in stock.
