Please be-careful!!! ELDERLY ABUSE!!! They took advantage of my elder mother. Told her they could up grade her phone and lower her bill. She even had me on the phone when he (Darrin) said this to her. I even ask how can you do that. He said we trade in her phone move her off old plan to new plan and it’s cheaper. But what he didn’t tell her is he added 2 new line of service 80.00 in order to get her the upgrade and new plan. Also phone isn’t free with trade in she still pays 20.00. In the end they raised her bill over 100.00. When I went to talk to them and tell them she can’t afford this and we have 30 days to return. They told me no she only had 14 day I said no sir he said 30 days. Then I was told sorry she had 30 days to drop off her trade in phone and 14 for the new phone. He said well if he told her wrong it’s post when you walk in the door and she should read that.and there is nothing they can do for her. Called 611 talked to them and they said sorry we have gotten a lot of calls about the same issue but there is nothing we can do for you. So please watch out for AT&T they take advantage of the elderly. She should have known when Darrin the sales prep said “I am only here til I get my free phone” please see photos of others with same issue and nothing resolved with the please reach out to us.

Came in to upgrade my phone and add internet. Jeremy H gave me a very specific number that I would be paying to bundle all of it. Come to find out he flat out lied to my face. The number he gave was just for my phone!! Imagine my surprise when I got my bill. DO NOT trust Jeremy. He is dishonest and is the reason I’ll be cancelling all AT&T services after 20 + years of business with them.

Just left the store and worked with a gentleman named Dan. He was outstanding at helping me with my situation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable so I would recommend that if you visit the Arnold store, ask for Dan!!!!

Edit: Brendan just helped me set up my internet air. App had issues but he pushed through for me! fantastic service

Worst store EVER! Looking into a new phone carrier b/c they are so horrible. I felt like I was buying a used car when all I wanted was a new phone. Had to deal with someone that had zero clue what he was doing and 2.5 hours later of back and forth they had to order my new phone. Finally received it in mail and it was the wrong phone. Had to go back to store and wait AGAIN to get it resolved. They exchange it and order the right phone. I just opened it up and it’s the wrong phone number! The phone is linked to the “extra line” I had to get to “save money”, not my number. SO over this company and will never go back to the Arnold location!

Daniel at this location is a liar and will say whatever he needs to in order to get his commission. We were told our bill would be $160 and it’s almost triple that for 2 phone lines? Was told to call the manager and speak to him and keep getting the run around. Currently looking for a better carrier. Do not reccomend .

This is the second trip to the ATT store recently. First time Brendan quickly took care of us with phone upgrades and adding lines after nothing but frustration on the app. This time after not so patiently waiting for fiber to be available in our area after watching construction crews putting it in. We decided to forgo the frustrations of the ATT app and go back to the store. Again, Brendan was there and remembered us! He was so friendly and nice. Reviewed the available speeds and current deals. Made sure we were aware of current internet speeds so we got the even faster option. Not only did he get the new fiber set up he also was able to schedule installation. It was again an easy transaction, can’t wait for the installation and hope this uncomplicated process continues.

These guys suck. They botched my account transfer, screwed me out of a monthly promo credit because they set up a phone I paid for outright as a payment plan w/billing credit, and they forced me to get a new phone number when I cancelled my service because of it. Total joke of an organization, total joke of a store.

The people were very friendly and I thought I was getting great service. When my bill arrived it was significantly higher than I was told. After calling AT&T I received a refund for the items I was signed up for just so the guy could make a sale. I was told that the accessories were free and I have a charge monthly for them.
Bait and switch is what I would call it.

The team here was great! They had a lot of patience with me and my husband. Gave us great advice on what best to do to lower our bill. Highly recommend this store!
