DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to the arnold att store. They are not an authorized dealer you will not get what you are sold and they will not help you clean up the mess they make. Salesman Daniel signed my mom up for a new cell, tablet, internet and streaming direct TV. He assured me the bill will be less than what she previously had. Bill was 300.00 new bill was 500.00. Went in for him to explain to me how that was possible. He said he didn't know and I needed to call customer service. I had already done that before I even walked in. Double charged for the tablet double charged for the TV. Daniel pretty much threw his hands up and said I don't know and walked away. Went to the fenton store to work with Jacob and Joe. Come to find out when he set up the TV he didn't do a migration. So basically he turned rhe TV on as a new line vs just merging the 2 together. So he gets his full commission on a "new" TV. He also did the exact same thing with my moms tablet. Double billed, new line and full commission. If you want your bill to be correct and actually get the promo you were told then don't go here!!! The district manager has also avoided our numerous calls and visits. Everyone we are told he's there he doesn't answer or dips out.

Get out faster in dr. Office. Terrible . OMG. Gave it another chance. All i wanted was my.upgrade they texted me.about and the one on the commercials. He talked about everything other than my upgrade. At the end my bill went up. He said they don't upgrade. They tell everyone that. I said bye. Never again. ? ? ? ? ?

Our experience with this store was great. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. Roy and Jake went to to separate stores to get us the phones we wanted. Brandon and Pj got us deals and worked on our account setup. The whole team works so well together and helps each other out.

It might be convenient as in proximity to my house, but I’ll drive out of my way to the next store before ever returning to Arnold. They have no concept of “customer service “.

Buyer beware .. this store pulls the bait and switch . They tell you your bill will be one thing and next thing you know it is higher . They say things are free and they are not . They say oh you only need to pay the taxes on the equipment, That’s fine with me but then you see the promotion is not the one they told you and that in order for the promo to happen you have to add additional lines . Didn’t find that out until I called customer service . No wonder the reps at the store don’t want you to call customer service , they don’t want you to find out the truth . They just tell you things to get you in the door and up thier sales . Already informed corporate and now writing a letter to the FTC and Attorney general .

Horrible customer service!! Tech could see people outside, waiting to come inside after his 9am opening time but still walked around unconcerned. Once inside, he acts like doing his job is some huge inconvenience. After turning the phone off and on once, he goes straight to the sale, telling me I need an upgrade. Without even asking if that would be something I’d be interested in, he proceeds to tell me how much my new phone is going to cost without mentioning phone or contract type. I’m going to a different location now and if I do in fact need a new phone, he nor that location will get my business. Absolutely ridiculous.

Store manager is a liar. Has his sales guys tell you things, like that it is store policy to require insurance for you to get promotional pricing on phones. Sales guy told me it was mandatory and that I could cancel 17 month insurance after 14 days on my own. Called at after leaving site and they said that want true. Insurance is not required for phones. The att next plan is not required to get promotional pricing. I confronted the manager, and he said that he was an authorized retailer and could set his own store policies. I believe that is accurate. So find an official Att store to do business with and especially avoid this store. Manager was unapologetic, sarcastic, and was rude. Called and filled a complaint with ATT cooperate and also Prime communications, who is the owner of the authorized location. Do not use an authorized retailer

I will never go back to this store. They lied to me and was conned into paying for what I was told was in store credit that had to be spent that day only to find it was in my monthly bill. When I found out I was told to call customer service as they cannot do refunds. Yet customer service says the store could. The manager was not helpful and spoke down to my wife and I. I had Beto the store 8 times and it has been nothing but a headache from day one.

Was told I get a "promotion" smart watch, all I had to do was pay the sales tax for the watch. Checked my bill and im being charged installments for the full price of the watch. Went to the store to ask why,and I was told they do not run any promotions for a free watch if you pay sales tax. I asked to return the watch then, and was denied because it was after 30 days, which is when my first bill came in. I was also told my bill would be 75 dollars a month. The first bill was 250 dollars. When I asked about that, they said those are fees for the phone and watch. I paid 200 dollars the day I got the phone and watch. So in total I was charged 450 dollars to activate a phone and a watch (that I only purchased because I was told I got the watch for the sales tax only) and now paying monthly for the watches full price and my bill In total was supposed to be 75 a month is now 100 dollars a month, with no way to return the watch. Absolute shady operation. Lied to about the promotion, the price, and mo they bill rate. Avoid this store if you can.
