DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I cannot stress this enough. They screwed me over horribly. I paid over 800 dollars for repairs, and one year later, I was having issues so I took my car to get looked at someplace else. I was then told whatever got worked on at Best Auto was not done correctly. I am now having to spend over 2000 dollars to fix their mistake. Will never be going here again.

Love this place…. You can always count on them to give you a fair price for the work that actually needs to be completed. It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, but I found it here.

Did fine replacing the converter. However he did sit their with the guy who threatned to fire me because my radiator was backing antifreeze back into the overflow. Then told the mechanic i was driving it around with a leaky radiator. I held my tongue but because i wanted him to make it right. Then the mechanic cracked a jole about how i was stupid and they both sat their and laughed. I found it a little offensive and slightly unprofessional. They took my old cat. Without asking me which im told was worth two to three hundred so i was being told. Also i know its not what i hired you for but if i tell you i just had a motor installed and its knocking or knocking in general it would atleast mention it. I mean if theres a serious mechanical problem . I mean is that really such a crazy expectation? I dont think it was intentional and he did his job correct so i cant really give him less than three stars fairly. I just didnt exactly have the best expiernce. Most specifically calling me i was stupid or mentioning that their was a serious engine knock before i decided to spend 800 on exhaust work.

Had a stripped oil plug from a corporate mechanic shop chain from previous oil change. Other shops tried telling me they wouldn’t mess with it and tried to charge me $799 for new oil plan. These guys handled it no problem and even used the oil and filter I already purchased. Good and decent people.Service: Oil change
