Bicycle Shops near Arnold, MO

“Great Sevice and technical support. I’m new and working through the “newbie” stuff. These guys have been a great help each step of the way. I highly recommend them!!”

“I recently bought an old, functional tt bike on Facebook Marketplace for my 22nd birthday and took it to a local shop for new tires. The initial service turned into a frustrating time. The younger employees made a couple of mistakes. they didn't seat the tires properly, which pinched the inner tubes, and one of them dropped my rear cassette on the table, causing it to loosen.I didn't realize the extent of the mistakes until I got home and found the bike completely unrideable. I went back that same day, and while the shop fixed the tire issue free of charge, the cassette was loosened by hitting the table. Frustrated, I returned the next day. This time, the owner, Ed, took over. He inspected the bike and showed me that the previous owner had actually installed the cassette wrong to begin with. Ed completely turned the experience around. he tuned up the bike, corrected the cassette, fixed some rear derailleur housing, and took the time to educate me on my some of my bike's quirks and mechanics. While the first visit was aggravating, Ed set everything right. This was all free of charge and the information and education I was given was more valuable than the price I paid for the new tires. I DO NOT BLAME the young employees for the mistakes because they are still learning, aren't we all. Thank you for getting this old bike bike on the road. Thank you for your time. This is a good shop with a knowledgeable owner. 5 stars.”

“Love this place , Tyson and his team provided great service while working on my bike which was a brand they were unfamiliar with. They were positive, polite and very professional every time I took my bike in for service.”

“I have been using Chuck at old town cycle for a while. I have purchased at least three bicycles from him. I have always found him to be fair and honest, in what he can and can’t do. Quite frankly, I think he is a bike savant.”
