Have to go in for a receipt when 4 employees just standing around….maybe someone could fill up receipt paper at the pumps rather than have a customer to wait in line for one, I don’t know? ?♂️

My husband and his company come there every morning. The company is ram jack. Jess being extremely unprofessional texted my husbands boss and asked for my husbands number. Why she has my husbands bosses phone number…idk. Her last day working there is Friday June 27th 2024. She has texted my husbands phone numerous times. She needs to do her job and quit flirting with men!!! In the text she said she wanted my husbands number before she got fired.

Extremely gross. First they didn’t have soap dispensers a week ago. This week they have dispensers but haven’t filled them with soap or put batteries in the dispensers. Which means their employees and patrons are using the restrooms and then touching food. A complaint was called into the Jefferson County Health Department. Don’t eat or drink anything from this place.

I'm so mad writing this it is very hard to stay professional. I live near this circle k and alot of nights I will walk there to get a soda and bite to eat. Every since covid I walk there just to find a sign on the door saying they are closed or b right back or whatever. The store is posted open 24 hours a day only but the workers at this point are just making up there own schedule. You have no idea how annoying it is to walk to a gas station to find out the walk was pointless and walk back. Then today after a few years of dealing with this I call to ask why they can't seem to keep the doors open and why I had to walk a extra mile to get to 711 the employee says she don't care what it says online and they do what they want and hangs up on me. Advice to you circle k employees that's not how business works stop making up excuses to not do your jobs because your lazy and get to work and if your not going to be open 24/7 pick open hours and stick to them so people know your closes not just make the hours up based off how you feel that day. And no I'm not one of the customers that just want to complain but you all had this coming forsake do better.

They lie on their gas price sign. Said cash 3.59 per gallon. Paid cash then charged me $3.63 a gallon. If I could give a zero I would. This location cheats and lies! Don’t go here !

Max is always nice snd welcoming when I come in before work, hope they get a raise. it's just a nice change of pace from Walmart workers, I know they have it rough there, but don't project it onto the people shopping. Especially if the person shopping is being polite themselves.
