I arrived at the 2001 Richardson Rd. Arnold, Missouri location at approximately 6:10 pm on 8/9/23. Upon attempting to enter the store I was informed by several other patrons that the doors were locked and that no one was inside. I was immediately concerned and worried that perhaps the store was being robbed. After 5 to 10 minutes I proceeded to walk around the side of the building at which point I was informed by another patron that he had seen three people who he believed to be employees standing behind the dumpster enclosure behind the store. At this point I very cautiously walked around behind the store and noticed the back door standing wide open with no one in sight. I approached the dumpster enclosure and made a wide walk around to the back. I found 3 individuals. I asked if they were employees of Circle K. At which point a dark haired female with glasses replied that she in fact was an employee. There were two men present as well. One said he was not an employee and the other refused to answer the question. All three people were smoking Marijuana. When I questioned them as to why the doors were locked and no one was inside, I was told that the computer was going through a reboot (by the female employee) and that there was nothing she could do. One of the male subjects added that she deserved a break. I informed them that it wasn't good business practice and they thought it was funny. This is not the sort of business practice I want to see in my community. We can do better!!!

We search for Circle K when travelling. This one definitely does not have pleasant clerks. It doesn't take much to be nice!

This location hasn't had Unleaded gas in weeks. Maybe months. It started with a few days of bags over the pumps but now they have stickers over the Unleaded buttons. The staff is unfriendly and couldn't be any slower at getting you out the door. Go anywhere else.Edit: 2 months later and 90% of the pumps are still shut off.

Usually stop in to buy my gas and a cold soda. Employees try to get you in and out pretty quick. Car wash does a good job cleaning my car, yet seems a little pricey

The owner is a thief. Talk about price gouging regular gasoline everywhere else is $2.34 and this greedy thief owner is charging $2.67
