Require an appointment to unload then take forever to unload, been there a handful of times, never less than 2 hours to unload my flatbed. Arrived 30 minutes early to untarp/unstrap, then two plus hours to unload plywood, most places I deliver plywood unload me in under 30 minutes. They just pretend like you are not there.
