“Not for covid testing if you've changed your last name at any point. Had to retest to get the correct name on the report as it appears beyond anyone's capabilities to correct the name on a medical record. Was told to come back with results for a corrected report, then waited 30 minutes to be told they couldn't correct it and I would have to retest. Then rather than allowing to step into a room with someone, i had to go through the drive through waiting another 30 minutes for the test. Ridiculous and unnecessary. Even so, they could have just scheduled me for another appointment at the same time once i told them the incorrect name would be an issue for travel. It could have been resolved this morning. Arghhhh”

“Hi! I have been in this gas station a good handful of times and every time have had good, friendly and professional service. My parents have also been here dozens of times and never had a problem with rude staff members. They have before had problems with coffee machines but that has since been fixed and now all the coffee machines work fine! I believe this gas station is a good alternative to the local 7/11 which has been going rapidly downhill while Circle K has been getting higher quality. Back to this store, I know some people may be turned away by gas station food, but I recently purchased a buffalo chicken sandwich on sesame bun from the little cooler. It was about $1.69 and I really enjoyed it. You have to be open to eating something that isn't the best chicken in the world, which I'm perfectly fine with. It also heated perfectly at 60 seconds in my imperfect microwave which I believe is 1100 watts. I heated it without unwrapping it at all. The lady who works there, who I don't know the name of but has long black hair which I believe she sometimes dies and has nose rings, was also very helpful and patient with me when I was a bit tired and loopy. She let me set my stuff on her counter while I grabbed a donut, which wasn't the best in the world but good if you just need a sugar fix, and she also bagged my stuff for me and answered a few questions. I would definitely purchase that sandwich again. I will be back to this station plenty of times! Everytime I visit the staff is extremely friendly, which includes everybody.”

“It’s a pretty small 7-Eleven so they don’t have a lot of things like the Festus location. The interactions with the cashier is hit or miss. Not rude or anything, just sometimes friendlier than other times.”
“I have no idea where the bad rating is coming from, but I have transferred prescriptions here last minute and spoken to pharmacy staff on several occasions. Every time I’ve needed anything, the staff here have been very professional and accommodating. My phone calls are always returned very promptly and my prescriptions are always ready quickly. Super helpful people.
This location is much easier to pick up from and less busy than the one in Target at the Bluffs. I do love the ladies at that location, but Lone Star does as good of a job. Just a farther drive for me not on my usual path.”
