“Neighborhood location, come here frequently. Usually low-staffed but well stocked and easy to get in and out. Have issues with the ad format going away on the app, it makes it much more difficult to see what is/will be on sale without searching item by item. I wish they would bring back in-store flyer ads and have the pdf format on the app.”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE! I'm just beginning to figure out how amazing this place is. Linda (the cashier) is the #1 reason why I initially came back, she was so nice and persistent in making sure I can all the money off I could. She took so much time with me just explaining how it all works and figuring out the best coupons for me. Linda is an overall phenomenal worker and person. I'm very glad that I ran into, and that I keep running into her! This place has everything you could think of I swear I spend at least an hour in here almost every time I come. The prices and coupon system are so much better than Walgreens!! Walgreens is overpriced and it takes forever to build points.. I use at least 2-3 coupons every time each coupon that value at least $3-7 off. Last night I got a $7 coupon, $5 coupon, $3 coupon, plus $5 back for the amount I spent. AMAZING!”

“Not for covid testing if you've changed your last name at any point. Had to retest to get the correct name on the report as it appears beyond anyone's capabilities to correct the name on a medical record. Was told to come back with results for a corrected report, then waited 30 minutes to be told they couldn't correct it and I would have to retest. Then rather than allowing to step into a room with someone, i had to go through the drive through waiting another 30 minutes for the test. Ridiculous and unnecessary. Even so, they could have just scheduled me for another appointment at the same time once i told them the incorrect name would be an issue for travel. It could have been resolved this morning. Arghhhh”

“This Walgreens needs more staff, they are overloaded with demand and understaffed. I can see it when I go in, are when I’m in line for 25 min. The management need to step in and do something about this. Not just for the PT that come in for their prescription, but they need to do something to help their own people their own staff. The staff is overwhelmed.The only reason I give 5⭐️ is for the staff that shows up does everything they can for us. Thank you for your time.”

“I switched from Walgreens to here because I was having tons of issues and let me tell you, the transition has been fantastic! I called and a lady named Aleah answered and I explained my situations and she helped me switch. I literally did no work except read her my insurance cards. She handled the rest. Then went above and beyond to call me and tell me how much my prescriptions would be, had them ready in 15 minutes, and called to follow up with me. Honestly the best customer service around. I cannot say enough good things about them. Simply fantastic!”
