“To the lady in the pharmacy around 3:30 today that took care of me and my 2 boys for their appointments (your bday was the same as mine :)), thank you for going the extra mile with me to get my prescription insurance info. Although I may have went in there thinking I was hurrying after a long work day, I am glad you took your time to save me $200 on their flu shots! I would’ve been kicking myself later tonight saying why did I pay for those.”
“I will never understand the bad reviews for Arnold Walmart pharmacy. I wouldn't say they are lying, but I can't wrap my mind around the things that these people say happened to them. I have been getting my medications at this pharmacy for 10+ years. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. I've always been treated with respect and kindness. I get 5 prescriptions a month, give or take one or two that happen to be ones that are an as needed type. Walmart always comes through for me. Today specifically I needed a med that my doctor called in and I needed them quickly because of my schedule for today. I called, talked to a very nice tech who I'm 100% sure was extremely busy and told her my situation. She said my script would be ready in an hour. Sure enough an hour later I received notice my meds were ready. They are all doing their best. A lot of people have no idea what it is like dealing with customers. Let me tell you, the customer is NOT always right. You cannot always expect perfection, this store is extremely busy and kindness from you just might go a long way with how you are treated. They are real human beings behind that counter, they need to be treated as such.”

“Not for covid testing if you've changed your last name at any point. Had to retest to get the correct name on the report as it appears beyond anyone's capabilities to correct the name on a medical record. Was told to come back with results for a corrected report, then waited 30 minutes to be told they couldn't correct it and I would have to retest. Then rather than allowing to step into a room with someone, i had to go through the drive through waiting another 30 minutes for the test. Ridiculous and unnecessary. Even so, they could have just scheduled me for another appointment at the same time once i told them the incorrect name would be an issue for travel. It could have been resolved this morning. Arghhhh”

“I have no idea where the bad rating is coming from, but I have transferred prescriptions here last minute and spoken to pharmacy staff on several occasions. Every time I’ve needed anything, the staff here have been very professional and accommodating. My phone calls are always returned very promptly and my prescriptions are always ready quickly. Super helpful people.
This location is much easier to pick up from and less busy than the one in Target at the Bluffs. I do love the ladies at that location, but Lone Star does as good of a job. Just a farther drive for me not on my usual path.”

He helped me w enlargements today and built a floating frame for an 80 yr old black and white photo recently. He printed some beautiful black and white enlargements too. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. He always has time for his customers. I highly recommend Brian G and the Vogel photo department!”

“Always clean and well stocked. I came specifically for the Gooey Butter Cake, they have a great St. Louis Made setup there. I always get in and out quickly. The employees are friendly and fast. Their deli is always clean and I get service quickly, it's also very well stocked. I really like this store!”
