We were so lucky to have Addison take care of us today.
She was so accommodating and made the process painless.
It was amazing because she was by herself.
We had set up vaccination appointments three weeks ago to have them done at another CVS.
When we arrived the Staff member told us they were canceled since they were backed up?
They had three employees working.
Noone was waiting to get vaccinated and there were only two people picking up prescriptions.
Addison knows how to take care of Customers.
We can't thank her enough!

This "pharmacy" has gone downhill ever since it took over inside of schnucks. Been seriously thinking about moving my prescriptions to service at this store has gotten to be so slow. I can wait 30 minutes at Walmart. Honestly..cvs @ water tower place leaves a lot to be desired

Jennifer and the pharmacist were amazingly helpful, not only quickly getting my prescription but using available coupons to assist with the cost.

One of the pharmacy techs at this location is rude and shares info with customers....I no longer trust this pharmacy....
