Every single person who works in this pharmacy are SUPER rude. Every time I call they interrupt beforeI can give them your name/DOB for a prescription. Everytime I go, whether it be drive thru, walk up to counter, or when I call, I encounter complete rudeness!!!

I love this pharmacy! They're always quick and they have excellent customer service. Very impressed with their help every time, especially considering how busy they always are.

They changed my prescription from name brand to generic without informing me of the change until I made multiple calls. Generic is fine, but it's extremely poor practice to not inform the customer.

I attempted to go to CVS in Arnold, Missouri 2120 Lone Star Drive this afternoon. I pulled up behind a van who was already at the drive thru window being helped. The van driver was handed their prescriptions and drove off. I pulled up to the window and stopped. As I did so the pharmacy staff closed the metal window guard and the automated recording stated the pharmacy staff was going to lunch. I understand the staff is entitled to lunch, but that was extremely rude. If someone could have just taken a minute to say I'm sorry, we are closing for lunch. Not everyone knows the pharmacy lunch schedule. Common curiosity people.

Good attitude in the pharmacy considering how many people are always coming in to pick up prescriptions. Getting better at answering phone calls and always explain things well

I went to pick up my husband's prescription on 1/6/22 at 4:30 pm. My experience in the store was great until I went to the parking lot to leave. They have concrete yellow parking stoppers with large stakes in them. The large stakes are not placed properly and stick up. when I went to back up the stake nearly took my front bumper off. I couldn't believe it! I went in to speak with a manager. The cashier, Amanda, at the front said she was a manager. I explained what had happened and she quickly got on the phone and was whispering to someone. She got off the phone and said yeah we've had a service order out there to get those fixed but it hasn't happened yet. you'll have to turn into your insurance Company. I explained toHer that I would turn into theirInsurance company for negligence. See pics below. Furthermore I let her know if someone fell on one of those they could severely injure themselves. Truly a lawsuit waiting to happen. She really Didn't care. I asked for her last name and she wouldn't give it to me. Really!? You're a terrible so called manager and very very RUDE! You need to stick to being a cashier or Work behind the scenes because your customer service is awful. Instead of giving me her name she said call 1800CVS for Help. Thanks Amanda! Luckily I have pictures and a witness so we'll see who pays! I'll go to Walgreens in the future.

I'm forced to purchase my prescriptions here because my employee switched insurance companies on us, and CVS is the preferred. The people in the pharmacy are extremely rude. No one smiles. Even worse is the customer service you get up front. No one is at the front to check you out. There is a buzzer to use, and after the gentlemen in front of me used it 4 times, two girls finally appeared. They promptly told us that we should be using the self check out. I do not do the self check out and feel that it being forced on me is insane. They were rude, loud, and pushy. I finally had to toss the stuff that I was going to purchase onto the counter so I could leave. Even then the clerk got in my face. I basically had to tell her to F' off so she would leave me alone. Even after that she started SHOUTING "well have a good day and don't come back" CVS should really think about closing this location. This is the third time that I have been in there in the past 30 days, and all three times have been a nightmare.

Terrible service. This was my first experience with CVS, because my insurance had changed. Unbelievable how slow they are. They called me to say my Rx was ready. I waited in the drive through for 39 minutes before they told me that my coupon was expired (it didn't have an exp date on it). They asked me to come back with a new coupon, which I did. Then it was a problem because the coupon was for the generic and they had filled the brand name (why?). That asked me to come back a THIRD time. Walgreens is closer and much better service so I'm going back there.

I have been shopping at CVS for many years and normally had good experiences, and when there were problems they were resolved to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I have had a string of negative experiences in the past couple of weeks.I shopped there a couple of weeks ago, but when I went to check out I couldn't find a clerk anywhere. After looking around for a short time, I decided to use the self-checkout kiosk. After scanning my items, it asked if I had coupons. I did have a $10 Extra Bucks coupon, but it didn't give me a subtotal, so I didn't know if I needed to add another item to prevent any of the $10 credit from going to waste (you lose the balance if your purchase amount is less than the coupon). At this point a clerk appeared, but she said she didn't have a way to give me a subtotal, even if she rang up the purchases at her register (if this is true, it's a change because they've always been able to do it in the past). She said if the total was less than $10, she would have to ring up the purchase to resolve. So, I applied the coupon, the kiosk spit out a receipt showing I lost $2.00 of the coupon value (I know, not a huge amount, but it's the principle). When I pointed that out, she said "you'll have to contact corporate". WHAT? Didn't you just say you could resolve by re-ringing?So I left. When I got my CVS survey, I left a less than 5-star review. A day or two later, I got an email from Lauren asking me to contact her regarding my survey. So I contacted her a couple of days later and she said she would re-issue the lost Extra Bucks, but I had to come in-store for her to do it. Not wanting to make a special trip to do that, I asked if I could just do it the next time I came in. She said "yes", just let her know when and either she or another employee would take care of it.So, fast forward a week. I was planning to be going right by the store on Sunday, so called Saturday morning to let them know. Lauren wasn't there, but the clerk I spoke to said they would contact her and have her call me.5 or 6 hours later, no call, so I called back and spoke to Katie, the Asst. Mgr. She said Lauren still wasn't there, so I asked when Lauren would be in. She said she couldn't tell me that. I said fine, since you're also a manager, here's the situation. I once again explained the history, and said I would be in tomorrow to get the re-issued Extra Bucks. She said "you'll have to contact corporate". WHAT? Is this what you consider to be good customer service?Again, small amount, but if they can't even resolve a $2.00 issue, what does that say about their ability to resolve a larger issue?I'm hoping CVS in general, and this CVS in particular has a change of heart regarding their approach to customer service.

I am being forced to change pharmacies due to place of employment. I have heard bad things about CVS but I thought I would go in with a blank slate attitude. Well. These 3 stars this place has in Arnold is truly shocking as they are lucky to have that many. On hold for pharmacy for 90 mins. Rude customer service. Slow service beyond patience due to what's going on these days. Horrible. How is this place not seen how bad this is and not hired someone who can handle the workload in the pharmacy or hire more people. Truly BAD.

Waited in drive-thru pick up for 15 minutes . 3 cars in covid testing line were taken care of before me even tho I was there 1st. Finally left, came home to call them and was on hold 25 minutes without ever talking to a person. So my husband didn't get his heart medicine today because of their lousy service. Worst store l've ever had to deal with. If I had a choice I would change pharmacies but insurance won't let me.

The drive-thru pharmacy in Arnold, MO (for prescriptions pickup) has become a nightmare since starting COVID-19 testing. The waiting time for filled prescriptions that are ready for pickup has become very sluggish. Maybe CVS needs to hire a COVID-19 specific technician to handle the drive-thru business.
