This place is normally okay, just a average cvs, but I don’t appreciate how there just randomly closed at night every now and again with no sign up on the door or anything.

Very rude pharmacist very unprotected for health care providers, it' s ridiculous they act like there big heads or something.Very unhelpful too like they do not want any customer.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. Her name was Haley. I asked how to find the shelf price of products by looking at the shelf tag and the product. I was told there was a price scanner at the front of the store. Ridiculous. I found three items I wanted to check the price on while in the aisle. Since there were so many empty spots [what's up with that] The shelf labeling needs to be more user friendly. \nThe pharmacist said he's been bringing this to the store managers attention for some time. \n\n2nd, I was using my Aetna otc card. I had my catalogue. One of my items, which is in the catalog, didn't ring up as being covered. She could not give me any help w resolving this. She just said she couldn't override the system. \n\nIf didn't have to used CVS for my Medicare otc I would not return.

Every single person who works in this pharmacy are SUPER rude. Every time I call they interrupt beforeI can give them your name/DOB for a prescription. Everytime I go, whether it be drive thru, walk up to counter, or when I call, I encounter complete rudeness!!!

I love this pharmacy! They're always quick and they have excellent customer service. Very impressed with their help every time, especially considering how busy they always are.

They changed my prescription from name brand to generic without informing me of the change until I made multiple calls. Generic is fine, but it's extremely poor practice to not inform the customer.

They never have all my meds available at the same time though time and time again they said they'd fix it. All are supposed to be on auto refill but I usually have to come back because they've not gotten refil permission. And lastly...the automated message system hasn't worked properly for almost a year. Very frustrating!!

I attempted to go to CVS in Arnold, Missouri 2120 Lone Star Drive this afternoon. I pulled up behind a van who was already at the drive thru window being helped. The van driver was handed their prescriptions and drove off. I pulled up to the window and stopped. As I did so the pharmacy staff closed the metal window guard and the automated recording stated the pharmacy staff was going to lunch. I understand the staff is entitled to lunch, but that was extremely rude. If someone could have just taken a minute to say I'm sorry, we are closing for lunch. Not everyone knows the pharmacy lunch schedule. Common curiosity people.

workers are always nice and helpful 5 stars for workers. Auto fill is problem. we have had it canceled at least 10 times and still it auto fills, it is infuriating. Also store stock sucks and prices are higher than Walgreens. I hate that insurance makes us use CVS, I miss Walgreens.

I cannot believe the treatment I just received on the phone. There have been numerous times, I have come in to pick up a prescription or called and felt like I was just a bother for being there. But today is the last straw. I called because for whatever reason, the app refuses to remember my payment for order a prescription to be delivered. So I have to call to fix it. I called and am immediately on hold which is expected. I get pharmacies are busy. Not a problem. However after a couple minutes, someone picks up and in a shockingly rude tone says, "Can you hold?" and then doesn't even give me a chance to respond. Just puts me back on hold. I understand you guys get busy. And I was about to say of course I can hold. But I did not need to be spoken to like I just ruined your whole life by calling. That is NOT how you treat a customer. Clearly my family's health is too much of a bother to you and we should go somewhere else. I am so incredibly sorry I had the nerve to call you to resolve a problem. Don't worry. Won't happen again.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service in all of Arnold. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Upon arriving at 7 in drive through, the dark haired girl out of 3 woman, one blonde woman , Kristy and then the pharmacist. The dark haired young lady was rude and as I handed my prescription over she stated we close in an hour. Since she wanted to be rude as no cars were in drive thru I stated I would wait. An epipen is emergency medication. The dark haired rude girl stated we couldn’t wait at drive thru so we went inside where we was told we can sit because we were standing. While standing there the same rude employee is overheard making rude comments about us. Needless to say we asked for a name to make a complaint. As I can see from reviews this isn’t the first negative comment about customer support within the pharmacy.

Employee there at the time , 6/10 at 6:05 pm, was rude and unprofessional.. She was eating take out food behind the counter right where everyone could see her..Imposition she had to pull herself away from that and ring us up. Bad attitude thru out whole transaction. Will never go there again.
