I've only shopped here a couple of times, but I have a very mixed opinion of this store. Sometimes the employees are very friendly, sometimes they make it pretty clear that you are inconveniencing them by checking out, which wouldn't be a problem if all the self checkouts worked properly.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable staff that has helped me various times.
After minor surgical procedures, scripts were called in and I was notified they were ready to pick up as we left surgery center.
Saved second trip.

The Pharmacy itself was fine , the Young lady at the register needs to brush up on approachability , professionalism . You don’t like your job find something else .

The service here was awful this time. We sent the prescription over at 3pm and were told it would be about an hour to fill. We then went back at 6pm and they told it was not completed yet and would be 45min. We then went back at 8:30pm and it was still not ready and was told it would be another 30 min. We went back at 9:15 and it was finally filled. Why did it take 6 hours to fill and why did it take three visits to get the medicine. This is unacceptable. Hopefully things improve in the future, but I think we will be trying a different CVS in the future.

I was given a prescription Monday for the cough I had. Monday they didn’t have the medication. Tuesday we can have it ready in 20 minutes or you can come back, I’ll come back. Hours later, were working on it, it’ll be 20 minutes. Called to see if it was ready and the reply when it’s ready we’ll call you. It is Thursday and still no call. I will never use them again. They allow their employees to have giggle sessions in the pharmacy which is unprofessional and aggravating to customers who are waiting for assistance while they play! I won’t go there again!

I was sent a text saying my script was ready an hour ago... The lady she was sorry Its gonna be another 10 minutes.. So I went out and set in my truck for another 20 mins and came back and they said it was going at least another 10 to 15 minutes this is after they said that they could possibly expedite it... let's just say they're really good at pissing customers off and this is not the first time this is happened...

Horrible customer service. I came in at 12:30 at night, I was the only person in the store. I needed some help finding some items for my child, and the person behind the desk was too lazy to even get out of the chair to help me find what I was looking for. It's pretty sad. We spend $1,800 a year at CVS and this is how we get treated. We will definitely be switching our prescriptions to Dierbergs.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I'm just beginning to figure out how amazing this place is. Linda (the cashier) is the #1 reason why I initially came back, she was so nice and persistent in making sure I can all the money off I could. She took so much time with me just explaining how it all works and figuring out the best coupons for me. Linda is an overall phenomenal worker and person. I'm very glad that I ran into, and that I keep running into her! This place has everything you could think of I swear I spend at least an hour in here almost every time I come. The prices and coupon system are so much better than Walgreens!! Walgreens is overpriced and it takes forever to build points.. I use at least 2-3 coupons every time each coupon that value at least $3-7 off. Last night I got a $7 coupon, $5 coupon, $3 coupon, plus $5 back for the amount I spent. AMAZING!
