This is a very honest well ran company that cares about customer service ! Went there two different times with batteries I bought from them for my side by side and my pontoon boat. They were both dead after the winter. They could of sold me new batteries twice but instead were honest and told me they had plenty of life they just needed to be charged slowly which they did for me .. I had used a charger but mine was not strong enough to bring it back to full charge. Will not buy my batteries from anyone else !

Had taken the battery for my car here to have it tested. They did the test and said that the battery power was low. Came out with a different battery, turns out it was under warranty. Very honest people. Definitely recommend! Thank you Ellis battery!

VERY HONEST!! Was told by oil change company battery was bad. Went to Ellis to buy a new battery, they tested it and said battery is still good. Very honest people at Ellis, they could have just sold me a new battery. Highly recommend Ellis in Arnold!!

Stopped in today after Valvoline informed me my car battery tested “bad”. I had no appointment but was seen right away. Big thank you to Josh for first testing and then ultimately replacing. Customer Service was top notch and your kindness much appreciated. Will bring all future battery needs to Ellis. Thanks again!

Have to give a shout-out to the guys at Ellis Battery. My family has purchased batteries from them for years. Today, once again, they did not disappoint. My daughter purchased a battery from them and the warranty had literally just expired...they could have charged for a new battery, but they didn't - they went above and beyond and replaced the battery without question! Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past...the techs at Ellis Battery proved me wrong! Thanks a million!!

Great store! My buddy told me to visit them and compare prices to the chain stores. Wow! About 10-20% cheaper, friendly staff, and we're already planning to buy another battery for a project vehicle when we return to get our core charge refunded.
