About FedEx ShipSite

FedEx ShipSite, located within Office Depot stores, offers a variety of FedEx shipping options to meet customers' needs. Customers can drop off pre-packaged, pre-labeled FedEx shipments, including return packages, and access FedEx expedited services or more economical standard parcel service solutions. The staff is described as personable and helpful, with one customer noting that an employee named Mat provided a positive experience. However, there was also a complaint about a mis-delivered package that had been waiting to be picked up for several days, suggesting room for improvement in the courier service.
