I went here in need of an unscheduled emissions inspection. They squeezed me in and were super fast! Everyone on staff was very friendly and I love the plants they have in the waiting area. I’m so glad I ended up at this location. Well done Firestone.

The pricing on the control arms were outrageous. First off, list price on the part when purchased thru Advanced Auto Parts using the part number provided, is $84. There is no way that a company as big as Firestone would be paying list price for any part and are getting this at a discounted rate. I was charged $100 more than list price. I get it that everyone needs to make money, but that is excessive. I will either perform my own work or will have another shop perform work in the future. Also, when asking the service advisor about the pricing they basically shrugged their shoulders and said it's all up to corporate.

I use Firestone all the time! Great Technicians! Front of house is always friendly and knowledgeable. But you canceled my card because I had not used it in 2 months??? Maybe 3. I don't Understand the reasoning behind that, but I do not hold it Personally against my local firestone facility.

Firestone in Arnold MO. took my car in for manitory emmissions test and when i got it back all my brake lights were on. either its a massive coincidence or they damaged my brakes. i brought it back and took zero accountability and charged me full price for the repairs and tried to up sell me tires yet again. it you break something be responsible and repair it. do not advise.

Called Firestone in Arnold, Missouri. I spoke With the manager, Jeff. I explained to him what I needed done to my truck. He had told me that they were booked. He told me to drop my truck off and they would get me in. Jeff went above and beyond my expectations and done such a great job. I will continue to do my business with this particular establishment. They won me over. Good job, team Firestone.

I actually arrived to the shop earlier than scheduled. The gentleman was able to get my van in quickly and completed, before my scheduled time even hit. That made my work day much easier.
