I receive excellent service from this branch. Thank you for all you do. But calling the customer service line is horrific. I've been the 58th call in line with an estimated wait of one hour. Asking for callback, we'll they never call back. Guess it's my fault because literally every time I call whatever time of the day it is, I'm calling during heave call volume time lol

After our disastrous adventure at the Fenton location, we came here & were immediately greeted by a teller asking how they can help. While we were walking into the lobby, he saw we were deaf & promptly removed his mask so I could understand him. I requested a customer rep & he said he'd enter us in the queue. After about 10 minutes we were ushered into an office, sitting in front of the large plastic barrier. I explained to the lady that we are deaf & need to be able to read her lips, so if she could pull her mask down, we can communicate. She did so without hesitation. After about 15 minutes of talking, we had our issues resolved & took our leave, thanking her for her time & kindness. Here were two employees who puts the one in Fenton to shame!

The ATM wouldn't give me my card back and the people at the branch didn't care, said they couldn't do anything. They didn't even offer to take down my name and number and call me when someone could come fix the ATM and get my card out. A few hours later the ATM was magically working again, but I'm still out a debit card

They are great for auto loans. Their checking and savings accounts are on par or better than most banks.

Customer service is horrible. For a bank that survives off money you definitely can't tell with the lack of service. When you call to ask for help, which is once a week, you get straight hung up on. Also, if you call you end up 14 or 15 in line to wait in a que. Every time! Even if it's supposed to be a not so busy day.
