Goodwill Store and Donation Center is a clean and well-organized thrift store that offers affordable prices on donated items. As a nonprofit, it accepts donations and sells them to fund programs that help the disabled and disadvantaged, including employment services and free high school diploma programs at Excel Centers. The store is easy to find, with plenty of parking and restrooms available, and donation hours are from 10AM to 6PM daily. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with some praising employees for their patience and kindness. The store has been a favorite shopping spot, saving many customers money on home and personal items. However, some mention that prices are starting to rise and can sometimes be higher than retail prices for new items. Overall, it is valued as a place to find good deals, enjoy good service, and support a charitable cause.
This is the cleanest and most organized thrift store I've ever been to and I've been to a lot.
The prices are typical of Goodwill - some are good some are laughable.
Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Restrooms available.

My mom and I visited the Arnold Missouri Goodwill, looking for something very specific. Every employee in there went out of their way to assist us in finding what I was looking for and I couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely a 20 out of 10 on this one!

Prices are too close, sometimes more than retail. I keep going in, even though 98% of the time I walk out frustrated. That leaves 2% that I find a bargain. I honestly believe they have gotten greedy. Today I found a used Lokass backpack, G.W. wants $11.99. I can buy brand new for 19.99---full price.
