For goodwill standards the store isn’t bad. I haven’t had issues with the workers before, but as goodwill typically is in terms of thrift stores, prices are pretty insane for what it is. What frustrates me the most is that if a brand is popular then it’s marked up or put behind the counter for much more even if it isn’t a very expensive brand in general. It makes me sad because I get excited to score things while thrifting that are usually expensive elsewhere due to their trendiness, but goodwill feeds into that pricing. Sometimes very poor products are quite expensive which doesn’t make sense considering that they get items for free. A lot of my complaints are based off goodwill as a company not so much this specific location, but it has its ups and downs.

This is the cleanest and most organized thrift store I've ever been to and I've been to a lot.
The prices are typical of Goodwill - some are good some are laughable.
Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Restrooms available.

My mom and I visited the Arnold Missouri Goodwill, looking for something very specific. Every employee in there went out of their way to assist us in finding what I was looking for and I couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely a 20 out of 10 on this one!

I was checking out & cashier said i got lucky on a tumbler and mug marked $2.74 because they're usually $7+, i said there was another 1 with no tag i wanted to go grab. She took my items to the back & had them repriced for $7+ when i walked off. I asked her how she can do that, did she think i switched tags, she said no someone made a mistake when pricing them. I said that wasn't my fault and that was ridiculous that she could have prices changed. She said Manager changed price so she agreed. I didn't buy them & wont be back. They dont lower their prices when its marked higher than original price since original sticker is still on it or when the price is completely outrageous.

Prices are too close, sometimes more than retail. I keep going in, even though 98% of the time I walk out frustrated. That leaves 2% that I find a bargain. I honestly believe they have gotten greedy. Today I found a used Lokass backpack, G.W. wants $11.99. I can buy brand new for 19.99---full price.

Good staff and very helpful. Huge downfall of this store is the horrible pricing on items. Some items are even more expensive than at the store of origin. If your a savvy shopper this goodwill is somewhere you should avoid.

I was there today. They have redone the Inside. It looks so much better. It's very clean and more roomy

Hours on their web site for Friday states that they are open until 8:00 pm. Arrived at 6:05 pm and they informed me that they only take donations until 6:00 pm (even though it does NOT state that anywhere on their web site). They refused to take my very nice items and were very rude about it. I will be making my donations elsewhere from now on.

The boy who picked up donations, he throw my stuff in to the basket very unpleasant he seems not happy taking donations while his job depends on the donated people
Another time with the same guy , I tried to donate some electric light but it was out of there time
I just wanted to leave the stuff outside so I don’t need to come back again
He yelled and said I don’t have to leave the items and they don’t take donations after the hours.
They should respect people who donate who they are the cause of there money.

The employees are extremely rude and they are way overpriced on items. Weirdly enough they were able to purchase 4 large tvs that are never working. The arnold location is a joke.

You all are way overpriced for items you get for free. Seriously? most of it is not even quality products but just Junk. Occasionally you find some nice things but then they take the opportunity to jack it up some more not to mention the swarms of people who are constantly in the aisles getting in my way.
The whole point of shopping at goodwill is to save money and yet you pay prices for items that are actually cheaper new. I will be shopping at st. Vincent DePaul from now on. Goodwill, more like Greedwill.

Completely forgot to write this the other day, but the woman named Jenn who works there... She's absolutely awesome. Was having some gpay issues, then phone died, had to charge it; all the meanwhile she was patient, compassionate and just-- natural, in attitude, behavior, whole 9 yards. Was embarrassing but 10/10 could've went worse than it had, so hats off to her! ???.
