Completely forgot to write this the other day, but the woman named Jenn who works there... She's absolutely awesome. Was having some gpay issues, then phone died, had to charge it; all the meanwhile she was patient, compassionate and just-- natural, in attitude, behavior, whole 9 yards. Was embarrassing but 10/10 could've went worse than it had, so hats off to her! ???.

This store in particular is clean, well organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is also tiny and completely lacks several sections that other stores have - namely jewelry and holiday sections. So that leads me to ask the obvious - where does the jewelry go that gets donated? To another store? Online to be sold on either of their two apps? But even aside from that, the shelves are just generally lacking much of any worth. Mostly low quality or broken, stained, missing pieces, half used up junk. I know good stuff gets donated, because I've donated more than my fair share myself. I just rarely see any in the store. Is it going somewhere else with the jewelry? To a busier store to fetch more money? To be sold online to fetch more money?Either way, when you remove all the best treasure from the treasure hunters only to be sold online for top dollar, the treasure hunters will look elsewhere. The prices in all the St. Louis area Goodwill stores seem to be crazy high for what they offer. The last several times I've left empty handed because used $1 store items are not worth $4!Why would I buy things used from you that I can get new online or at big box store up the road for less money? I've seen things in your stores with price tags from other stores still on them and you have priced them EVEN HIGHER! At least take off the other tag so it isn't so obvious how badly you are putting the screws to us!I watch YouTube videos of people shopping Goodwills in others states and the prices, the items on the shelves and the extra coupons and discounts are AMAZING! I wish the ones around here would take a lesson.I went to two locations of the "other" (rhymes with Wavers) thrift store recently (I had never been) and had flashbacks to how good Goodwill stores used to be. I hope they take off put in some more locations. Good and plentiful merchandise, sales, coupons in my email, a points club, self checkout, newspaper to wrap my breakables. I can't wait to go back. They even give you a coupon if you donate. That seems so obvious now!C'mon Goodwill. Yall need to find a better balance between profit and customer experience. Because when it's not fun, I never find anything good, I mostly walk out disappointed and empty-handed, it isn't worth my time anymore and I stop coming. Is that what you want?

I really like this store. It has saved me so much money on many items for my home and my own personal items. Some things are priced higher than retail from other retailers brand new. But all in all I love it. The staff are a great group of folks which is really nice.

Rude as ever. Quit putting employees at the checkout who aren’t capable of a simple hello. This is an ongoing issue with this location

Anymore Goodwill stores suck!I have to say that the way they started out the owners heart was in the right place, but now the prices are so high it's not worth your time. We like to thrift and the key to thrifting is finding great deals. You won't find that at Goodwill. Try salvation army or st. Vincent.

Decent clothing collection. It's a Goodwill, never know until you look.

I shop here several times a week. Seriously- but this girl- was so incredibly rude to my child that I was left speechless. My 7 year old autistic son was trying to make conversation with her and she literally ignored him, rolled her eyes, and when I asked if she was ok (I was in disbelief) she then turned her back to my son, my husband and I and then glared at us as we left.

There’s a reason I don’t donate to Goodwill and today was a perfect example of why. There was a line to donate. How wonderful right? People willing to give away their possessions for free. I waited in line patiently and when my turn came to donate my clothing, the woman didn’t say a word besides “here you go” and rolled the tub to me. I didn’t get a “hello”, “good morning”, “how are you?”, and most important, didn’t get a “thank you” after my items were deposited. I did however give her a thank you and still did not receive a response. I should have waited like I wanted and given my clothing, purses, and tumblers to St. Vincent’s. I’ll be doing that from now on. I felt like turning around to ask for my bags back. If you are going to have employees working with the public who donate things for free, they should at least have manners even if they are fake. I gave away very expensive items and because of that I will not be coming to this establishment again.

This is a usual shopping place for me and a friend. However, the prices are starting to get higher everytime we go there. We are considering venturing elsewhere since we can get the same products new for the same price.

They have great prices on everything if you don’t find it this week you’ll definitely find it in a couple weeks or so just keep checking back every so often you’ll be amazed what you find.

I found a lot of great finds. Good quality and interesting new brands that I love! Some fun shein stuff and earthbound and retro brands as well! It is a little overpriced and no 50% off color only 25% but I had a good time.

Very overpriced, especially the books. Many were water damaged, drawn in, or dated. Some are so overpriced, they aren't even worth buying at %50 off. Some are marked higher than original price.Clothes were also overpriced. Laughable even. I can buy new cheaper than the prices here.As for books, if I want to pay half price, (or more) I'll go to half price books where the shopping is pleasant, the books are sorted, and none are damaged.

Very poor customer service from multiple associates. The last few times I’ve shopped here there has been a shorter curly haired blonde lady that gets right in front of where I’m looking through the rack and starts sorting through it. (Has even told me I would just have to shop around her) While she’s doing this, she’s yelling across the store talking to the other workers…I’ve heard workers making negative comments about me and my family to each other, complaining about my kids looking at the toys and testing them out. And the younger straight haired gal that checks people out never says “hi”, “how are you”, nothing and stares at you like you’re a burden to her for shopping there. The guys over in donation are so cool and friendly so I’m not sure what’s going on with the floor associates. Hire some better staff!

I used to really enjoy treasure hunting here. Sadly, the pricing has changed in the last 6 months. I understand inflation, however, these are used, donated items. The prices on household goods and clothing are comparable to store prices in some instances. Books are still a value. Management needs to reevaluate pricing.
