Good grief Julie. I didn't ask you if you took appointments, I asked you if you had any seats open. When I told you that I understood that you were walk ins only, and asked if you were full, or if you had any open stylists, you repeated yourself reluctantly as if I was an idiot and didn't understand you the first time. Your condescending tone, and discouraging, sarcastic response when I asked you about a wolf cut, which is simply a shag haircut, almost stopped me from coming in at all. I will revisit this review after my visit if my experience changes my initial review.

This place is my go to for myself and my kids. I just so happen to have had my hair cut done by the same person 3x in a row. Not sure of her name but she has curly hair and a young son. She is amazing and sweet. The other ladies have done amazing jobs with my girls and always make them feel comfortable. They are also very quick AND efficient. Thank you.

This unfortunately is one of the lesser Great Clips I've been to. I get a quick trim, no layers, and it takes about 10 minutes. They only spritz the hair with water and don't do washing, any styling, or even blowdry to see what the cut looks like dry! And their prices keep going up... $18 for a simple cut without a drying or shampoo is way too expensive.Every time I get home and dry it myself I have a lot of longer end pieces the stylist missed with the scissors so I have to cut them myself, and this was a different stylist every time. They rush through the cut and don't seem to care much, yet they still want a decent tip.It's not worth giving a tip with the expensive cost already and subpar service that I have to fix myself.Service: Haircut

First cut here and it will be my last. The hygiene at this location is definitely not something I’m comfortable with. I watched my stylist finish the cut before me and she didn’t even brush off her equipment before starting on me. Her station and clippers were caked in other people’s hair and she drilled used them on me.Service: Haircut
