We had a fine time finding what we needed, but an employee in a cardinals shirt in the door section helped us. Me and my grandma were just asking a few questions and telling him about the dimensions, he kept asking if these were the right dimensions and treating us like we had no clue what we were talking about. He only stopped when we mentioned my mother works with measuring and construction all day. It really annoyed us and I didn’t appreciate him making me feel dumb when i knew what I was talking about, even if that wasn’t his intention.

James (John) from the plumbing department was super helpful when we came in to get a replacement part for our water heater. He went so far as to show us the water filtration systems there, also. He was very enthusiastic and enjoyable. He made our visit informative and helpful and I thought that he had EXCELLENT customer service!

I would never shop in here it's has been close to a month still don't have my refrigerator that I purchased. Almost a month later still can't tell me when i should be getting it. On the tracking shows I should be getting on the may 21st and today is 05/22/2024
Home depot took a month couldn't resolve my issue still no refrigerator 05/28/2024 just canceled my refrigerator from home depot told me I should get it next 2 weeks not confirmed yet don't shop at home depot absolutely waste of time no way for a refrigerator to take close to month and half for delivery

Regarding online delivery: We had multiple cabinets and kitchen related objects damaged with large holes present.
I highly recommend never having Home Depot deliver your kitchen cabinets as this will happen to you.

Always a good experience. Store is typically clean with friendly associates. Any time I go to another store, I’m always reminded how good this one is.

Staff was helpful - we had to return some items & the process went very smoothly, even though we didn’t have the receipt. When we were walking out, we saw a rug we decided to purchase & the returns desk wasn’t busy, so she graciously checked us out so we didn’t have to walk to the other end of the store. Grateful for that kindness!

Super disappointed in the customer service displayed for this location. We spent 4100 dollars on brand new appliances, truck shows up to our house and all we got was a oven that was destroyed and had to be sent back ,a fridge that the driver said they weren’t qualified to hook up A dishwasher that they are not qualified to connect . I had to peel stickers and plastic for 45 mins from the inside of the fridge, home depot did nothing for us but drop off and tell us they aren’t plumbers. They left the dishwasher out in the garage And didn’t bother unpacking. Thanks Home Depot we will never do business with them again.

When did home Depot start allowing people to park in the loading zone?! Those of us that have a construction business,are always on a deadline and have large orders to load are getting tired of it. I'm going to start ordering our lumber from a local lumber yard again.
