I was very insulted in how my situation was handled. Simple clarifying questions could have cleared things up. However, I was treated like a criminal because our kids have different last names (blended family) and I was missing a document.I will be taking my business elsewhere.P.s. I HATE giving bad reviews....

Why offer rapid refund through Emerald card if you're still going to get your refund in the normal refund period.... FALSE information was given....I will not be back
