I was very insulted in how my situation was handled. Simple clarifying questions could have cleared things up. However, I was treated like a criminal because our kids have different last names (blended family) and I was missing a document.I will be taking my business elsewhere.P.s. I HATE giving bad reviews....

Why offer rapid refund through Emerald card if you're still going to get your refund in the normal refund period.... FALSE information was given....I will not be back

I had them do my taxes a week later they call me and tell my they can't do them because they have already been filed, so someone has fraudulently done my taxes I find out and this place will not refund my money they made me pay up front over 100$ didn't do my taxes and keeps my money ... On top of that they were rude in professional and lied . Thanks H&R your the best.....
