Not happy at all with the unit I have it’s full an I have less than what I put in last time also I hate how I have to open a dooor walk in an get to my unit also the lady said be sure to do everything on line to start it I did an was charges over a $100 so I’m not very happy an I always use CubeSmart

CubeSmart Self Storage in Arnold, MO has been an absolute lifesaver! I’ve used other storage places before, but none have come close to the level of service and professionalism I experienced here. Jeff, the manager, is truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.
The facility itself is super clean, secure, and easy to access. I felt completely comfortable storing my things here, knowing they were in good hands. The whole process—from move-in to monthly payments—was seamless and stress-free.
If you're looking for a place that's not just reliable but run by someone who actually cares, I can’t recommend CubeSmart in Arnold enough. Thanks again, Jeff—you’re the reason this place stands out!

It is really nice for a change when you deal with a storage unit place. Number one that they are always there number two that the bathrooms are accessible and the people that work there are pleasant and nice. They have their keyless entry available now which makes it that much nicer. So happy I left public storage. They rip you off and complicate. everything. CubeSmart is the way to go if you are looking for a storage unit facility?
