Julie is the office manager and she is amazing. Far and away the most helpful person I have spoken with at any such agency whether the insurance industry, customer service for anything, and other services. For her alone I would recommend using this agency. Worth her weight in gold. She listens to issues attentively, communicates clearly about constraints and opportunities with current and potential policies, is honest and transparent, clearly client-focused and wants to help rather than sell, and treats customers as people. She cares about her job and her clients. Extremely knowledgeable. Not obsequious, just respectful and helpful. Can we clone her and put her in every office please??

Only use Jake Russo with State Farm if you are looking to be robbed. Double charged me for the December 2024 and then continued to charge me for a totaled vehicle for over 3 months, which they were informed about and have done nothing for 2 months. Currently looking for a new insurance company.

We just switched from American Family and Julie made it super easy to do! It’s the end of the year and I know how busy it can get but she was on top of everything for me! Got us new car and home insurance! She also explained the app and the safe drive to me to make sure it was good to go for us! Also a bonus is knowing our agent is Jake from State Farm 🤣🤣

My insurance had gone up for the third time and I was tired of the increased premiums. I checked State Farm online and was referred to Jake from State Farm. I met with Austin and found him to be knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Notonly did they lower my premiums but increased my coverages. I recommend Not only Jake Russo agency but State Farm as well.
