Jeffco Estates is described as one of the last trailer park treasures in Arnold, a quiet little place and a small little community. Reviews note it has a great little play area and well kept yards, with residents taking pride in their community. However, there is a big turnover in management and issues with park lighting, leaving it pitch dark at night. The city of Arnold will not issue permits to remove older trailers, and the government is seen as working against folks, who may all need to move in a year. Last of the trailer park treasures in Arnold MO Since the city government is trying with all its might to wipe off all existing trailers here in the city of Arnold . But it's still a tough task so far.

A quiet little place but the city of Arnold won’t issue permits to remove the older trailers…Sad how the government works against folks..they may all need to move in a year..

For a mobile home community in the middle of Arnold I'm surprised it is still here The manager is very active , they do a great job keeping it looking nice and tidy .
