I was in town visiting a friend and we went up to get our nails done. The tech nicked my skin in two different places, for gel polish all over the cuticles, and forgot what step he was on several times. While he had me soaking off my previous color, he propped up his bare feet on another chair and laid back to watch 20 minutes of TikTok. He continued to run a TikTok while he continued my service and then promptly fell asleep in a pedicure chair as soon as he finished. My friend also got her nails done with gel, that immediately chipped off that same day. I would also question their hygienic practices and if they are up to code.

This is the 2nd time going to this salon. I have been pleasantly surprised by the service and cleanliness most of all atmosphere very peaceful. Oh, pricing is fair. I'm picky and she was great with length, shape and thickness. No loud tv's or kids music. Just complimentary adult beverage and relaxation đ thanks

I love Kevin and I hate to do this but I have too. Just went in for an eyebrow wax and normally Kevin does an amazing job, well he had some white girl in there working today I guess who does eye brows. I didnât judge at all at first. When I first pulled up I noticed her sitting outside on the curb. Kevin then called her in to do my eye brows, I figured she was new and wanted to give her a chance and omg was I right the min I saw her. She had the wax everywhere all over my eye lid took way too much off the ends one eye brow is thin and the other not, she went to pluck and completely missed and took hair from my hairline, then tried to say she was plucking my baby hairs I was like no I donât think so you are done. She clearly was on drugs and nodding in and out while she was doing my brows. I am beyond pissed and canât believe this happen to me. Please be aware people of who is touching your nails and hair itâs nothing to play with!!!

This was the best place has very great price, lowest I have ever seen. Great staff, he was nice and took his time. Looked like he knew what he was doing. Also very clean and tidy through out the place.

Went there the other day. A new girl. Paid $35.00 for signature. She didn't sock my feet. All she did was get them wet for a second and started working . It was awful for $35.00.want a redoon pedicure. Kevin does the best work. But was not there

they got rid of my eyebrows. like pretty much got rid of them i donât want eyebrows like you i want what i asked for are you kidding. i asked for just the middle and a few hairs off the bottom but no they got rid of them and made them round he literally said âsame shape?â i said yes and he didnât do that. when my mom saw them we paid and walked out she didnât even want to get hers done.

I was there to get my nails dipped the day before Thanksgiving, she said she prefers gel instead even though I asked for powder dip 3 times.An hour after I left 2 nails chipped, I went back today to get them redone with powder and they tried to charge me full price for the horrible job done before.He ended up taking $10 off, I will never be back to this subpar nail salon.$130 in 3 days is completely ridiculous.Do NOT go there

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went here because it looked like it had good reviews.. I went in to get a full set. All was great until he touched one of the nails and messed it up. When I told him it was uneven instead of taking the DIP off and redoing the nail he just put gel polish on top of it. BUT only put the gel polish on three of the nails making them different colors, so before I left I had him even put the colors.. well there was paint left all over my fingers & not to mentions the three cuts this man gave me on other fingers. After looking and realizing how bad my nails are I went in the next day to get a refund and to have them take them off & of course no refund, BUT he said he would redo them? Why would I want the same nail tech that left my fingers bleeding and having to come back to get this done in the first place to redo them?? The dip was SO thick. I have gotten dipped nails a thousand times and have never had nails this thick. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
