I have only had a rental at this location for 4 months. I have been paying $148/month for a 10x15 unit. Starting next month, my rate is going up $80 to $228. No excuse for the raising of costs other than they already got me in the door, and stuff packed in. It is a deceiving practice with over 50% raise in rental just a few months in. I need to get my stuff out.
