PSA: Do NOT use Lowe's for carpet installation. They do not stand behind their work and refuse to fix installation issues when a claim inspector verified the carpet was installed incorrectly and never power stretched the width, resulting in many ripples in all 4 rooms with carpet. Since we are past the 1 year installation warranty, Lowe's is refusing to help. And the kicker, Lowe's no longer does business with that installer due to past issues and still won't take responsibility. Also,
no carpet company will stretch someone else's work so we are forced into getting new carpet that's less than 4 years old OR pay someone hundreds of dollars for a 'side job' that's not guaranteed. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot where they have a lifetime labor warranty and stand behind their products/service.

Horrible experience with Lowe's delivery and installation. Installation was refused upon delivery because it would take longer than usual in a tight space. Rescheduling was horrible to coordinate a time with a plumber to move a water heater for the team to do their job - which could have been done without. Once coordinated, the time promised for installation wasn't honored and customer service wasn't knowledgeable or helpful in trouble shooting.

Do not buy online and return to the store they will charge you a 20% restocking fee every time even when the website says free and easy returns. People are friendly but took 20 minutes for a simple return Home Depot did without charging me a restocking fee for an online purchase in 3 minutes.

100% pure incompetence. Nothing but delays, unanswered phone messages and emails, more delays, billing mistakes, more unanswered emails followed by more delays. The date's provided by Lowe's will consistently pass with no word, then when you finally get a hold of someone they will tell you there is some issue that needs correcting before they can proceed, but the issue is always a mistake by them. But if we hadn't hounded them nobody would have ever done anything about it. Then when I finally do get windows one of them is the wrong size. And not by an inch or two, by FEET. Plus the actual installation was a mess: scheduled for 1 day but the installers said it was at least a two day job, dust and debris left everywhere, big smears of dirt and caulk on all of the windows, exposed screws, nails left scattered on the roof and in the lawn, and for some reason they left a window sitting on the grass in the sun all day so I have a big brown rectangle burned into my lawn.
Even the warranty isn't worth it: I've been waiting for a replacement for three months with no end in sight. Same deal here: when the dates they supplied passed with no word we had to keep calling and emailing until we finally got told that the manufacturer says it was delivered but Lowe's can't find it so a new one has to be ordered. Which is bad enough, but why did it take me calling for days until someone finally took care of it? Seems like something they should have caught themselves.
DO NOT BUY WINDOWS HERE.

The level of incompetence at this location is at an all time high. I have an order that was to be delivered on 07/04, then was not delivered and without a phone call telling me it has been delayed. I have to call the pro desk, who is no help at all, to tell me the delivery is scheduled on 07/17. I then receive a call that confirms my order delivery that morning and then is not delivered. I then call them again and they tell me the product is in the warehouse and will be delivered 07/19. Noon today I still have not gotten a call and after they transfer me to every other idiot in the store, including the person I talked to that confirmed the order is in their warehouse, they proceed to tell me that the order is stuck in customs and will not be delivered until August 9th. Avoid this location and go to Fenton or Festus as they don't seem to even care. Absolutely the worst experience.

Something is not right in Denmark, or in this case with the Arnold MO Lowe's. For the past few weeks a noticeable negative trend has emerged. That us the gradual decline in maintaining the restrooms. It began a few weeks ago when the soap dispensers went dry. They out out what I thought was temporary bottles of Dial hand soap. Then one of two paper towel holders went missing, leaving only the holes in the wall. Finally last Saturday evening about 2100 hours things really took a turn for the worst. No soap at all and no paper towels. Absolutely disgusting. When I told the guy at the self checkout about it he just said something to the effect, "Yeah, that's been a problem..." I suggested somebody grab some soap and paper towels and provide the basic necessities to maintain proper sanitation and the employee just looked at me like a dog staring at a ceiling fan. I would suggest someone fix the issue and maybe start by having the manager (before he or she is fired), replace and refill everything missing. Doesn't anyone remember the last few years and what we had to do? Bloody hell.

Horrible customer service. Purchased dishwasher back in November. I refused the delivery and install due to damage on dishwasher at delivery time. The store has the dishwasher and the $$. Each time I have contacted customer service they have been zero help. All ( both in store and corporate)say they are going to talk to the store manager. Nothing happens. I still don't have the dishwasher. I will never buy from Lowes again.

On New Years we purchased a dishwasher. We were trying to decide between several models. While looking at the different dishwashers we also spotted a refrigerator we liked but were not sure it would fit. In all the confusion between the different dishwashers and refrigerators we somehow purchased the wrong dishwasher. On 1/9/23 I realized our error and returned to Lowe's. Chris was more than accommodating In making sure that we were credited and now had the dishwasher we wanted. We had also on 1/2/23 purchased a refrigerator and paid the extra to have I hauled away. Mentioning to our grandson that we were getting a new refrigerator he said that he would like our old one for his garage. Chris again was more than helpful to get me the credit as we no longer wanted our old refrigerator hauled away. Everyone we reacted with was very accommodating and seemed to desire to make your visit go smoothly. I recommend this store for any of your needs large or small.

So far I have come to Arnold Lowe's twice now to buy kitchen. I ended up having to go to Fenton to buy cabinets and this time I try to give Arnold a chance to redeem themselves and the girl, Jeanne tells me she can't help me because she hasn't had a lunch and is getting ready to leave. At the very least she could have called to have someone else come over to help me with my purchase. I already knew the style and sizes I needed. I just needed to know if they were in stock. This is why I end up back at Homedepot.

Do not shop this location. The customer service staff are EXTREMELY rude and do not abide by the Lowe's return policies. We have spent over 1000.00 in the last three months alone, all on our credit card. We attempted to return an item today that was part of a 300.00 purchase on our credit card. Item unused, purchased a week ago. Customer service girl said she could see it was purchased from the store but refused to offer us the store credit, which is the policy if products were purchased with a credit card. It also states the store can use your phone number and name as well. Manager Brown you run a horrible location with horrible customer service. We'll go elsewhere and hopefully cut into your yearly bonus you are so focused on- The best part of this whole experience was to see this associate was training a new girl. Bonus:everyone that uses Yelp knows the reviews they need to read are the reviews the business "doesn't recommend". Current update: we took our return to the Festus location and we were refunded cash, no problem.

Paid for some flooring and installation. The company they contracted came and gave an estimate and we signed the forms. Then, Lowe's contacted us and said the estimate was too low and we owed $500 more. Okay, it happens...so we paid and a date was set for the work. My son took off work for it and the company never showed. Not only didn't show, never contacted us. We called Lowe's and never heard back from them. The flooring company then contacted us to set up another date but couldn't even offer an explanation of why they didn't show the first time! THEN, we received an email from Lowe's asking how the work went and gave a number to call if we had encountered any problems. The number is constantly (constantly) busy. Overall, very poor customer service from Lowe's and their flooring subcontractor.

In Dec. 2019 a salesman for Lowe's Arnold came to my house to give me a price for two sets of exterior French doors. He came in took some measurements and then did some calculations and pretty much floored me when he gave me the price. It was for Jeld-Wen fiberglass textured doors with mini blinds in the windows. Installed. He said the regular price was $7,700 but he could discount them down to $6,900 but I would need to act fast because the discounts were about to expire. I told him no thanks the doors were way overpriced and I would not pay over $5000. He left then text me half hour later and told me he could get a different brand door for less than $5000. Went to Home Depot and got the same doors Lowe's was going to charge me $7,700 before discounts for $4700 installed. Went into Lowe's s the day after I got this estimate and ask if they were offering any discounts on these doors and was told not at this time. BUYER BEWARE.

Our hot water tank quit working yesterday and I made a few calls to different places. This Lowe's made arrangements to have a new one installed the same day. The price was great and the service was exactly as promised. I could not have asked for better service.

I really love Lowe's selection and the people who work here are nice. Now I understand why they are closing stores. I received a phone call from the delivery department at the end of the day before the employee left the store that they would deliver my appliance to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I called the store and was left on hold for ten minutes each time. Poor poor poor customer service and now I understand why they are not profitable. It's a shame this is a nice store but zero work flow process to correct errors. Still don't know how they will resolve this...
