James was a very friendly and knowledgeable representative of the company. He gave us a fair deal and wasn't pushy. Actually, he showed us the most costly options as well as the most affordable options. I didn't feel like he was trying to talk us into anything. We had to wait a little while because in was busy. We told the salesperson what we were looking for and proceeded to try various brands. Found a great bed and adjustable frame. Awesome experience for the task of bed shopping!
