Lost my phone due to water damage. Stopped in to have a replacement phone activated. Couldn't understand a word the counter guy was saying. Had to call Metro help line to straighten out the whole thing. People should know how to speak english in a position dealing with the public like that. Almost got way overcharged!

Typically I have a really bad time when I stop in. But not this time. The worker on shift was very kind and helpful. He was patient with my mom and did everything he could to help her buy a new phone. Saquib was the best worker I've ever had help me at metro.

Employee was not helpful at all!!! I had an issue with my phone and he just kept saying that I needed a new phone!! One of my coworkers fixed it in like 5 minutes!! I was so disappointed!!

I'm not happy with being lied to by this retailer. Spoke about porting my existing phone number, the gentleman told me i would have to pay an additional plan amount of 40 dollars. I called metro and they will do it for free.
