Katherine, (I only glanced at her nametag so I'm not certain that was her name) was incredibly helpful and printed my return address labels quickly! I didn't even have a design and she created one for me right there on the spot! Absolutely incredible customer service. Also, while I was waiting another customer came up to the counter and spoke very rudely to her while she was helping me, and she handled it very professionally. It's such a shame that a great employee has to deal with such rude and entitled customers while also being extremely helpful and doing all that they can. She deserves to be rewarded for the exceptional service!! I will definitely be back to this location!”
