We were there from out of town to make a purchase that required a cashier's check. The transaction was made so easy by the teller that helped us. We appreciated the help we received and how efficient they were at this branch. 5-star service!

Regions ALWAYS catches fraudulent charges and stops them from going thru. They have great staff that are very helpful and courteous. They have always been very helpful to me.

We were needing to open a specialized account that the bank we currently use was unable to do. JR had us taken care of right away. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, & knowledgeable. He explained the different account options and the benefits each has to offer. Glad we made the choice with Regions in Arnold. Thank you JR! You are appreciated!

As soon as i can change banks I am going to this is the worst bank I have auto pay setup on one of my acts & what did they do but sent out 2 checks one month? Month before they never got the check. Trying to call the branch they give you a run around & give you a number to call & you sit on hold for 30 minutes or more You have corporate call you to tell you that you should be calling the branch but the branch is telling you that they are limited on what they can do. Is anyone out there working or is it that you can’t provide a good service? Regions stay clear of

This is a terrible bank. I just opened a checking account with them a couple of months ago and they just closed my account without warning. I just started a new job and had my direct deposit set up with them and my taxes were set up to be deposited into the account too. I called to check on my balance and it said my account was closed. I called and they said it was due to a zero balance. Well no duh… it’s a brand new account and nothing been deposited yet except the $20 I needed to open it. This is ridiculous. Now I have to open another bank account, call my new employer and change my direct deposit information, then call my tax service and have them change it there as well. I never should have opened an account with this bank. I made that mistake before and they added someone on my account without my permission, then refused to take them off unless both parties came up there to sign for it. So I had no choice but to close that account. Now this happens. What in the world… This is not a good bank to go through.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I love this location, actually go out of my way to go to this one. Always greet me at the door and direct me to an available person to help. Always very friendly and helpful to any questions, concerns or simple transaction I have.

Love this bank!! We have used several banks in the last 60 years as we have moved to different areas. I have to say this one is the very best!! They are always very helpful and personable. They even call us by our names which is amazing!! I heartily recommend them if you are looking for a bank that cares about their customers.

After 24 hr call in ED, try to het some cash. It’s 9:10, no one answers the drive through, no phone is picked up. What is going on? No storms, no Presidents Days? Not a good service
