I visited the Arnold Missouri store and worked with Yolanda. She was a very very knowledgeable representative and very, very kind and fun to talk to. She helped me with trying to find a fix for my problem and I’m feeling confident it will work. So nice to go into a store And meet great people.

The lady working when I went in 7-2-25 in the afternoon was extremely helpful to all the customers. She went above and beyond!!! I wish I had gotten her name to mention her on here.

I purchased several Gelish polishes, base coat, top coat, etc. along with an LED lamp online to pick up in store. Got home, LED lamp would not turn on. I returned it immediately. I went to go do my nails and the top coat was completely cured in the bottle and unable to be opened. I know it was cured as I pried it open (as recommended online) and the brush ripped out and was stuck in solid, cured top coat. I am not exactly sure what is going on with the products they are stocking. Could this be due to the gel polishes being kept up front next to the windows? I am frustrated. After having to make three trips, I will never shop at Sally Beauty again.

Beautiful woman helped me today, infact she was helping so many of us! She showed me exactly what I needed for my hair after I explained my concern over swimming in my salt water pool. In the mean time answering about 5 other customers questions. Thank you!

I walked into Sally's, in hopes someone would be able to help me find a product for my dandruff issue. I was immediately greeted by Yolanda and was extremely impressed by her knowledge of the products they carry. I have never received this kind of treatment before at this location. Yolanda is doing a wonderful job and I am very grateful for her help today!

I had amazing help from a gal name arie she was so helpful and so sweet she helped me find exactly what I needed for my hair and a little more as well but I’m not upset about spending more! I will definitely come back as long as arie is working

I would advise against asking for help at this store...my experience they were 100% wrong! I asked the ladies at the register about some dyes. They recommended a specific brand. I was absolutely willing to try it out. I asked specific questions about the product before purchasing. I ended up spending almost $100 on products from their recommendation. I would rather someone admit they don't know something, rather than give completely wrong information! I wasted my money on the products because of taking their word. Now I am forced to purchase more items to correct the outcome, when it could have all been avoided! I just moved into the area and will definitely be traveling to a sallys further away after this incident. I know I'm just one person and so loosing my business won't hurt them one bit. Hopefully my review will help at least one other person from spending double just to correct misinformation.

Not sure of her name - but the assistant manager helped me today and she was so sweet. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and explained everything in great detail. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my products!
