The staff or whoever answered the phone is completely rude. We got a notification telling us our son’s prescription was not going to be filled and they needed to contact the doctor. They did not contact the doctor, so we reached out to the pharmacy to see what we could do. Whoever answered the phone was disrespectful and unhelpful with her responses. She gave us a lot of “I don’t know” responses like I was talking to my teenage daughter. We had the doctor reach out to pharmacy and the doctor told the pharmacy they refused to fill the prescription because they didn’t want to bother working with our insurance since it’s too much of a headache for them. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Good for a quick drop in to pick up any scripts that the doctor has prescribed. Quick and easy to get all done.

Very rude staff, all 3 of them this past Sunday. If you don’t like people you guys clearly went into the wrong business. Smile and be courteous. The pharmacy manager was busy, but the 2 young female techs/cashiers were just plain out disrespectful.

I cannot believe the treatment I just received on the phone. There have been numerous times, I have come in to pick up a prescription or called and felt like I was just a bother for being there. But today is the last straw. I called because for whatever reason, the app refuses to remember my payment for order a prescription to be delivered. So I have to call to fix it. I called and am immediately on hold which is expected. I get pharmacies are busy. Not a problem. However after a couple minutes, someone picks up and in a shockingly rude tone says, "Can you hold?" and then doesn't even give me a chance to respond. Just puts me back on hold. I understand you guys get busy. And I was about to say of course I can hold. But I did not need to be spoken to like I just ruined your whole life by calling. That is NOT how you treat a customer. Clearly my family's health is too much of a bother to you and we should go somewhere else. I am so incredibly sorry I had the nerve to call you to resolve a problem. Don't worry. Won't happen again.

Cheryl was amazing she went above and beyond. Had an issue with a prescription card she was able to obtain it from Walgreens and get the medication I needed as well as a discount coupon.

Switched from Mercy in Dierbergs a few months ago. My only complaint is that the staff has been less than friendly. I always end up feeling like I am bothering them. For example, I have tried transferring prescriptions from the app which never seems to work so I call to ask about the status and the person I always end up talking to just seems irritated and unpleasant. Doesn’t make a customer feel very good or welcome.

They are always on top of their game. If drugs are no in, the will let you know when they are in. Great job all.

They always seem to have enough people working so that even when they are busy, you fo not wait long. Great pricing on some meds for those without insurance. Very friendly staff as well.

I have had a lot of problems in the past, and recently my prescription for asthma medications expired 2 days before I was going to have it filled. Received NO phone calls or warning when I got my previous dose filled. The pharmacist basically said that it's written on the label and I should be responsible enough to read it myself. The only saving grace is there was a student that I started taking to who offered to call a doctor to get a one-time prescription. That student is awesome, the mean lady pharmacist can suck a toe.
